We originally met Chris through a networking group that was set up after the Blackpool fans returned to supporting the team after the boycott.

The first year that we placed our business with them on the buildings insurance side, we had a major incident in one of our buildings and Chris and his team were very proactive in helping resolve that issue.

And then afterwards, we’ve had all sorts of issues to deal with in relation to our own insurers trying to make a recovery.

And it’s been very very good experience from our perspective in relation to that aspect of the matter, not just securing the best premium price and selling the policy to you.

In recent years, we were clearly advised by central to make sure we had the correct valuation on the building, especially with the rise in all raw materials for rebuild costs because if the valuation wasn’t correct, that means the insurance cover wouldn’t be correct.

So, understanding that and working on that to make sure it was right was absolutely crucial to the operation.

They may be central insurance brokers, but they are part of links signs and graphics team and we tend to try and surround ourselves by professionals that can help us when help’s needed.
